What this site keeps, in plain language.
When you join the mailing list, answer the survey or send us a message, we store what you typed, the date, and your IP address (to block spam). It is seen only by the program's coaches and is used only to run the youth archery program. We never sell or share it. Every mailing-list email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete anything at lprgcyoutharchery@gmail.com.
To understand which pages are useful and where families hear about us, the site records each page view: the page, the site you came from (if your browser sends it), any campaign tag in the link you clicked, your approximate region from your IP address, and whether you're on a phone or a computer. IP addresses are not stored with page views.
The site sets one cookie (lpya_v), a random number that lets us count returning visitors and see which announcement a sign-up came from. It contains nothing about you and is not shared with anyone. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, no cookie is set.
There are no advertising trackers, no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, and no third-party scripts on this site other than Google's sign-in button on the coaches' page.
